How to disable flipboard briefing in Samsung Galaxy Note 4

I find Flipboard Briefing is useful to me but it does consume quite an amount of data volume in the background every month. If you need or want to disable it, here is what you need to do.

I have documented the steps in video and screenshots.

Step 1 : Pinch zoom on the home screen.


Step 2 : Tap the "Home screen settings".


Step 3 : Uncheck the checkbox for Flipboard Briefing.

    Flipboard only launched its Android app recently. The app allows users to browse through their Facebook, Twitter and Google+ streams, as well as Google Reader feeds in a beautiful flipping manner. It also consolidates and curates a stream of important stories for those who are too busy to go through everything. As a blogger, using this app and browsing through interesting news content daily will give you fresh ideas on what to write about in your next blog post.

SKMEI 1358 Review

I bought this watch four months ago and I have been wearing it every week during my weekend hiking. Overall this watch is impressive considering the number of features per the price that I have paid for it. All the features worked flawlessly considering that this is a relatively cheap watch comparing it to Casio ProTrek range of watch. SKMEI 1358 is basically an equivalent of Casio's triple sensors watches. You might know them as Pro Trek or Pathfinder in North America. It has a barometer, a thermometer, and a digital compass. It also has an extra sensor that the Pro Trek watches might not have as far as I know of. It has a pedometer. Yes, it counts steps and estimates the calories burnt and distance traveled. With the combination of these sensors, this is an ideal outdoor watch you can have for a fraction of a Casio Pro Trek price. SKMEI 1358

In order to share your Tasker love (projects, profiles, tasks or scenes) to all Tasker users, you will need to export Tasker's projects, profiles, tasks or scenes to xml files. Anyone out there looking for a specific automation for their Android phone could just download and import the xml files into their Tasker Android application and tweak the automation to suite their own use. Somehow i felt that the export and import functions are not that intuitive. I did took a bit of time and Googling to find out how to export and import properly.
