The fastest and easiest way to disconnect a 3G data connection on Nokia 5800

This is the most easiest way to disconnect a current connected 3G or 3.5G connection on the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. You don't have to navigate to the connection manager to disconnect it. All you have to do is:

  1. Go to the home screen.
  2. Press and hold the red button.
  3. You will be prompted to disconnect the 3G data connection.

I bought this watch four months ago and I have been wearing it every week during my weekend hiking. Overall this watch is impressive considering the number of features per the price that I have paid for it. All the features worked flawlessly considering that this is a relatively cheap watch comparing it to Casio ProTrek range of watch. SKMEI 1358 is basically an equivalent of Casio's triple sensors watches. You might know them as Pro Trek or Pathfinder in North America. It has a barometer, a thermometer, and a digital compass. It also has an extra sensor that the Pro Trek watches might not have as far as I know of. It has a pedometer. Yes, it counts steps and estimates the calories burnt and distance traveled. Tasker is a very powerful Android smartphone automation application. Although Tasker can practically do anything you want, you still have to learn how to create the automation. I know many of you out there are just plain lazy or no time to pick up the skill. Many had relied on Tasker users shared automation projects, profiles, tasks or scenes to quickly kick start your automation without hassle. I am sharing most of my Tasker automations in this blog for the benefit of the lazy Tasker people (no offence, i am one of them too). The Tasker automations that i am sharing in this blog are just the exported xml files. Most probably i will not be writing the "step through" like some other websites did but you can download and import the xml files using Tasker. It's easy enough.
