An Alternative Way To Uninstall Applications in Nokia 5800 XM

If you are a person who likes to install tons of applications, going through the long list of installed applications in the Applications Manager to uninstall is a bit of a challenge. There is an another easy way to uninstall installed applications without going through that list.
There is already a "remove" function built in the menus' options. This function will enable you to easily look for the application that you want to uninstall.

  1. Main menu > Apps 
  2. Options > Organise 
  3. Select the applications you want to uninstall. 
  4. Options > Remove 
  5. Answer "Yes" for the confirmation of the uninstall.

I bought this watch four months ago and I have been wearing it every week during my weekend hiking. Overall this watch is impressive considering the number of features per the price that I have paid for it. All the features worked flawlessly considering that this is a relatively cheap watch comparing it to Casio ProTrek range of watch. SKMEI 1358 is basically an equivalent of Casio's triple sensors watches. You might know them as Pro Trek or Pathfinder in North America. It has a barometer, a thermometer, and a digital compass. It also has an extra sensor that the Pro Trek watches might not have as far as I know of. It has a pedometer. Yes, it counts steps and estimates the calories burnt and distance traveled. Anyone out there looking for a specific automation for their Android phone could just download and import the xml files into their Tasker Android application and tweak the automation to suite their own use. Tasker is a very powerful Android smartphone automation application. Although Tasker can practically do anything you want, you still have to learn how to create the automation. I know many of you out there are just plain lazy or no time to pick up the skill. Many had relied on Tasker users shared automation projects, profiles, tasks or scenes to quickly kick start your automation without hassle. I am sharing most of my Tasker automations in this blog for the benefit of the lazy Tasker people (no offence, i am one of them too). The Tasker automations that i am sharing in this blog are just the exported xml files. Most probably i will not be writing the "step through" like some other websites did but you can download and import the xml files using Tasker. It's easy enough.
